Brookwood Hills is a residential community in Atlanta established in 1922. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places and located in south Buckhead just north of Midtown, this neighborhood contains some of the finest architecture in Atlanta and has built both a strong identity and sense of community over the past 90 years.
In the middle of Brookwood Hills lies the neighborhood-owned swimming pool, park and tennis facility situated on over 5 acres of land. These facilities serve as a central gathering place for the neighborhood throughout the year. Brookwood Hills also benefits from the 75 acre Clear Creek nature preserve located on the east side of the neighborhood.
A new addition to Brookwood is the mixed use shopping center on the other side of Peachtree, with shops and restaurants.
Non-Brookwood Hills Homeowners
BWHCC also admits non-neighborhood resident members. The Club maintains a “Prospective Member” pool of people who have indicated their interest in joining BWHCC. Because of the length of the list, the Club is not currently registering new prospective members into the applicant pool. After March 2014, we will review the possibility of adding names to the prospective member list.
Between March and May, if membership spots are available, BWHCC will contact Prospective Members via email with information about the application process.
