Atlanta is known for having urban infill, and is proud of it. From development projects like MWest, to a single home in an older neighborhood, we can’t escape urban infill. Some cities have proposed legislation to become “Historic Districts” or have architectural restrictions to prohibit the “McMansions” of urban infill.
