Active Swim-Tennis Community
The development of Avensong began in 1995 and was completed in 1997 with predominately three bedroom homes. Avensong offers many amenities including a junior Olympic swimming pool, tennis courts, playground, sand volleyball courts, a clubhouse with deck patio, and sidewalks. Avensong has several title winning USTA and ALTA tennis teams and multiple social events throughout the year. In addition, there is an active Garden Club, Social Committee, and Neighborhood Watch Program.

Avensong is located in North Fulton County, GA in the City of Milton just off GA-400, Exit 11 (Windward Parkway). Avensong offers a great location convenient to dining and shopping on Windward Parkway and is convenient to Northpoint Mall. Residents’ children also attend excellent North Fulton schools including Cogburn Woods Elementary, Hopewell Middle School, and Alpharetta High School.

All residents of Avensong are required to abide by the Declaration of Protective Covenants for Avensong and any rules, design standards, and policies adopted by the Avensong Community Association Board.
