Amberglades is a community in Sandy Springs, originally built in the 1960s and 1970s, comprised of ranch style, colonial style, and split-foyer homes. Some new construction has begun in Amberglades and many of the homes have been renovated.
There is an optional HOA which organizes social events and dinners, and the annual fee is $50. Residents can join Mountaire Pool.
Amberglades is in the Heards Ferry Elementary School, Ridgeview Middle School, and Riverwood High School district.
