Avignon at Vinings is a mixed use neighborhood of 170 homes on 18 acres in a gated community in Vinings built in 2008-2010. These homes are priced from the $800s-$1M. Luxurious Villa homes, priced from $1.2 million, will be built by Atlanta builder Waterford Homes, which is also the builder of Stonecrest Manor and West Haven. The Village town homes and condos were built by Kairos Development. The architectural design is by Harrison Design Group.
Students residing in Avignon at Vinings attend Teasley Elementary, Campbell Middle and Campbell High schools.
