Residents
Along with some native Georgians, Arlington Pointe Way boasts a diverse neighborhood of Southern “implants” from New England, Michigan, Switzerland, Florida and New York, to name a few.
Benefits of Living in Arlington Pointe Way
The small number of homes in the subdivision makes it easier for the neighbors to get to know each other. And the beauty of the neighborhood is apparent as you drive down the street viewing the different colors of brick that compliment some of the intricate stone work that was used to build these beautiful homes.
Arlington Pointe Home Owners Association
APHOA is managed by Backyard Realty Group. The neighborhood residents elected the first Board in 2005.
Their goals are to be fiscally responsible with the budget while enhancing the look of the neighborhood, enhance communication, and provide neighborhood get-togethers throughout the year.
