Home Prices, Closed Sales Increase in November
Georgia housing indicators for November are in:
 –   New Listings decreased two percent to 9,919.
 –   Pending Sales increased 12 percent to 8,155.
 –   Closed Sales increased 22 percent to 8,427.
 –   Days on Market decreased 21 percent to 59 days.
 –   Median Sales Price increased seven percent to $188,000.
 –   Average Sales Price increased eight percent to $235,067.
 –   Inventory levels decreased 14 percent to 37,934 units.
 –   Months Supply of Inventory was down 22 percent to 3.9 months.
