Average and median sales prices continue to outpace 2023’s figures, with positive gains. The median sales price in December was $420,000, an increase of 5.0% from last December. The average sales price was $516,500, up 3.7% from the previous year. |
Supply:
Atlanta area housing inventory totaled 14,131 units in December, an increase of 38.1% from December 2023. New listings totaled 4,640, up 20.7% from December 2023 and down 18.1% from the previous month. The month’s supply over a 12-month period decreased to 3.1 months. |
