Atlanta area housing inventory totaled 15,858 units in February, an increase of 44.0% from February 2024. New listings totaled 7,328, up 7.0% from the previous year and up 0.8% from the previous month. The month’s supply over a 12-month period grew slightly to 3.5 months. |
