The numbers in the reports are updated each month to reflect any additional recordings from the previous month.

Demand:

March residential sales were at 4,460, a decrease of 5.6% from the previous year.

Price:

The median sales price in March was $425,000, unchanged from last March. The average sales price was $528,500, up 0.6% from the previous year.

Supply:

Atlanta area housing inventory totaled 17,069 units in March, an increase of 48.7% from March 2024. New listings totaled 9,117, up 20.3% from March 2024 and up 23.6% from the previous month. The month’s supply over a 12-month period increased from 3.5 months to 3.8 months.
