Atlanta area housing inventory totaled 17,069 units in March, an increase of 48.7% from March 2024. New listings totaled 9,117, up 20.3% from March 2024 and up 23.6% from the previous month. The month’s supply over a 12-month period increased from 3.5 months to 3.8 months. |
