Average and median sales prices remained above 2024 levels. The median sales price in April was $429,000—up 0.1% year-over-year. The average sales price rose to $549,000, a 3.6% increase from last April. |

Supply:
Atlanta-area housing inventory totaled 18,611 units in April—an increase of 48.0% compared to April 2024. New listings reached 9,522, up 12.4% year-over-year and 3.9% from the previous month. The months’ supply of inventory rose to 4.2 months in April, up from 3.1 months at the same time last year. |
