Price:
Average and median sales prices continue to outpace 2024’s figures, with positive gains. The median sales price in May was $435,000, an increase of 0.3% from last May. The average sales price was $552,500, up 2.5% from the previous year. |

Supply:
Atlanta area housing inventory totaled 19,869 units in May, an increase of 41% from May 2024. New listings totaled 9,679, up 8.8% from May 2024 and up 1.2% from the previous month. The month’s supply over a 12-month period remained the same at 4.5 months. |
