The numbers in the reports are updated each month to reflect any additional recordings from the previous month.

Demand:

Buyer demand strengthened in March, with home sales rising +4.0% year-over-year and surging +29.2% month-over-month, signaling a strong seasonal rebound in market activity.

Price:

Home prices showed slight softening annually but remained stable month-to-month, with the median price down -1.6% year-over-year while inching up +0.5% from February, suggesting modest price stabilization.

Supply:

Inventory continued to expand, as active listings increased +5.1% year-over-year and new listings jumped +24.8% month-over-month, pushing months’ supply to 4.0 and indicating a gradually more balanced market.
